1. Services Offered
Stylish Pet Grooming provides professional grooming services at our local facility, including bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, dematting, daycare during business hours, and specialty treatments. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance unless otherwise stated.
2. Appointments, Walk-Ins, and Payments
Appointments are required for full grooming services. Walk-ins are accepted for limited services such as nail trimming and ear cleaning, subject to availability. Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and American Express. Clients who cancel or fail to show for appointments two (2) times without proper notice will be required to pay 30% of the service price per dog in order to schedule future appointments.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must confirm that their pet is in good health and up to date on all required vaccinations, including rabies, as required by Florida law. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or behavioral issues prior to service. Clients accept full responsibility for costs or complications arising from pre-existing medical conditions or aggressive, anxious, or difficult behavior.
4. Groomer Responsibility and Liability
Stylish Pet Grooming agrees to perform all services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for complications due to pre-existing medical or skin conditions, reactions to grooming products or procedures, stress-related incidents, or injuries caused by aggressive, anxious, or unpredictable behavior.
5. Pricing Policy
All prices are estimates and may vary based on pet size, weight, coat condition, behavior, matting, shedding, or special handling needs. Some conditions may not be identifiable until grooming begins. By leaving your pet in our care, you acknowledge and accept that final pricing may vary to ensure safety, quality, and your pet’s well-being.
6. Cancellations and Late Arrivals
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. A maximum waiting time of 15 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals. After this time, the appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled based on availability.
7. Emergencies and Veterinary Care
In the event of an emergency while the pet is in our facility, the client will be contacted. If the client cannot be reached, Stylish Pet Grooming is authorized to seek veterinary care at the client’s expense.
8. Dematting Policy
Severely matted coats may require additional time, specialized procedures, or shaving. Dematting may expose pre-existing skin conditions, irritation, infections, or hematomas. Additional charges may apply.
9. Data Protection
Client and pet information will be used exclusively for service-related purposes and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving services from Stylish Pet Grooming, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
